All sensors are calibrated in the factory, and calibration data is stored in the storage chip of the connector. To provide the best measurement accuracy, the sensor can be quickly recalibrated in ambient air, and the recalibrated data is also stored in the connector storage chip. Optional pressure compensation is used to improve measurement accuracy under non theoretical mixed gas (λ ≠ 1) and non-standard atmospheric pressure conditions (P ≠ 101KPa). For example, a 34KPa increase in pressure will result in an error of 0.58 (λ=3), and pressure compensation is used to eliminate this measurement error.
The Lambda5220 analyzer is compatible with sensors such as BOSCH LSU4.2/4.9, NTK 4mA/6mA, DELPHI OSL, etc. The fuel composition ratios of H: C, O: C, N: C, and H2 can be set.
