This product is a single axis high-speed drilling machine, driven by a servo motor and controlled by a CNC system, greatly improving the machining efficiency and accuracy of drilling. It reduces the labor intensity of workers and also improves work efficiency and time, making it widely used in aluminum profile drilling.  630D is a model name for a flat automatic drilling machine, with slightly larger dimensions than 430D, measuring 1000MM * 1000M * 1700MM in length, width, and height. This model is suitable for drilling aluminum profiles, such as porous fire covers, aluminum profile workpieces, radiators, and other aluminum profile workpieces that require drilling. The X-axis stroke of this model moves left and right by 600mm, the Y-axis stroke moves forward and backward by 300MM, and the Z-axis stroke moves up and down by 1200mm. The 630D aluminum profile automatic drilling machine is developed for drilling small and shallow hole processing materials. The reason for developing an automatic drilling machine is also due to the insufficient efficiency and accuracy of manual arm drills. During the process of making workpieces, the stroke and parameters are set on the CNC system.
