High strength die cut cardboard is used to manufacture standard specification filters, characterized by high specification accuracy, low aesthetic cost. If imported face fiber or synthetic fiber filter materials are used, their various performance indicators can reach or exceed those of imported filters.
The filter material is folded and packed into high-strength die cut cardboard, increasing the windward area. The dust particles in the incoming air are effectively blocked between the folds by the filtering material. Clean air flows out evenly from the other side, so the airflow through the filter is gentle and uniform. Depending on the filter material, the particle size it blocks varies from 0.5 μ m to 5 μ m, and the filtration efficiency also varies!
