The bauxite powder mill is mainly composed of a main engine (including a reducer and an analyzer), a powder selector, a fan, a jaw crusher, a bucket elevator, an electromagnetic vibration feeder, a storage bin, a bag filter, a pipeline device, a cyclone powder collector, an electric control cabinet, and a motor.
The entire airflow system of the alumina powder mill is in a closed cycle and is in a negative pressure state. Large chunks of material are crushed by a jaw crusher to meet the particle size requirements of the grinding machine, and then transported by a hoist to a storage hopper. They are then uniformly and continuously fed into the main grinding room for grinding by a vibrating feeder. After grinding, the powder is carried away by the airflow of the fan and classified by the powder selection machine. The powder that meets the fineness enters the cyclone powder collector through the pipeline for separation and collection, and is then discharged through the powder outlet pipe to obtain the finished powder. The airflow is then drawn into the induced draft fan through the return air duct at the upper end of the cyclone powder collector.
