1. 2. Scale: When twisting the target blade, the cross-section of the blade should be streamlined to prevent material from sticking to the blade or cylinder, which also has certain requirements for the quality of the blade. Although average corrosion can continuously reduce the useful area of the parts under stress and reduce their service life, except for special circumstances, the average corrosion rate of stainless steel is low, the service life is long, and it is easy to detect or foresee during the operation of industrial equipment and its components. Therefore, its risk is much smaller than local corrosion and generally does not bring dangerous things.
3. Operating condition inspection: The operator starts the screw belt mixer to idle for 5 minutes, confirms that the operating condition is normal, and stops the machine; If any operational faults are found, contact the equipment maintenance personnel in real time.
