The working principle of QLF series airflow crushing classifier:
The material enters the classification chamber from the feeding system, and the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotor is used to separate the powder mixed in the gas-solid two-phase fluid according to particle size. Coarse particles sink under the action of gravity and centrifugal force, and most of them are brought into the classification chamber by the rising airflow. Particles that meet the particle size requirements enter the collection system through the gaps between the forced classification blades due to the small centrifugal force. Coarse particles in the raw material powder are thrown around the cylinder by the rotor blades and slide down along the cylinder due to the large centrifugal force. During the descent process, they are also impacted by the secondary airflow, causing the fine powder agglomerated in the coarse particles to disperse and blow back into the classification chamber. The coarse powder is discharged by the lower discharge valve under the action of gravity.
