The negative pressure driving oil from the feed pump of the coalescence separation oil filter passes through the coarse filter, intercepting impurities larger than 60 microns. Then the oil enters the coarse filter, and impurities larger than 20 microns are filtered out again. When the oil passes through the fine filter, the filtration accuracy can reach 3 microns. After the third filtration, the oil enters the aggregation and separation system. The preferred way for oil to enter the coalescence system is through coalescence elements, which have two functions: demulsification and coalescence. When passing through the demulsification layer, the emulsification degree of the oil decreases and the water becomes free; When passing through the aggregation layer, small water droplets aggregate to form large water droplets. According to the difference in specific gravity between oil and water, water naturally settles in the reservoir at the bottom of the coalescence separation system. When the unsettled water intermittently passes through the separation element, the polymer material on the surface of the separation element exerts a strong repulsive effect on the water, and the moisture is intercepted outside the separation element. The oil continues to flow out through the separation element and becomes clean oil.
