working principle
The system is divided into two parts: adsorption and desorption regeneration.
1. Adsorption process
After passing through the dry filter, the exhaust gas enters the top of the adsorption tank and is adsorbed by activated carbon inside the tank to remove harmful components. The purified gas that meets the emission standards is discharged from the bottom of the tank and discharged outdoors through a fan.
2. Desorption regeneration process
Activated carbon is regenerated after adsorbing a certain amount of solvent for a period of time. During regeneration, steam is sprayed from the bottom of the tower to evaporate the solvent of the adsorbent in the activated carbon. After passing through the condenser to condense the liquid, it enters the separation cylinder to separate and recover organic solvents. The residual liquid enters the aeration cylinder and is discharged after aeration.

system composition
This device mainly consists of: adsorption tank, shut-off valve, filter, condenser, separation cylinder, aeration cylinder and other equipment. The automatic type is equipped with an electrically controlled inlet regulating valve, a carbon layer over temperature alarm system, an automatic cooling system, an electronic control system, etc.
This device is equipped with two adsorption tanks, which can be used simultaneously or alternately. The tanks are filled with single-layer or double-layer activated carbon. The device uses low-pressure steam as the analytical medium, and if necessary, a steam superheater is equipped to increase the steam temperature for solvent analysis with higher boiling points.
Scope of application
The organic waste gas purification device is suitable for purifying and treating organic waste gas at room temperature, medium high air volume, and medium low concentration. The organic solvents that can be treated include benzene, ketones, lipids, alcohols, aldehydes, ethers, alkanes, and their mixtures. This device can be applied to industries such as furniture, petrochemicals, coal chemicals, synthetic leather, textile printing and dyeing, paint and coatings, rubber, plastics, footwear, pharmaceuticals, electronics, chemical fibers, and brewing.
