Second hand horizontal screw settling centrifugeAcquisition is an equipment that has heating, automatic temperature control, insulation, and mixing functions, and is widely used in industries such as food (dairy) products, pharmaceuticals, daily chemical products, beverages, oils, chemicals, pigments, etc. as an intermediate buffer, liquid storage, mixing, and blending device. The ingredient tank, also known as the mixing tank or ingredient bucket, is a three-layer structure with an upward opening and a downward sloping bottom. It has heating, automatic temperature control, insulation, and mixing functions; The advantages include fast heat transfer, adaptability to large temperature differences, and easy cleaning.
Widely used in industries such as food (dairy) products, pharmaceuticals, daily chemical products, beverages, oils, chemicals, pigments, etc. as intermediate buffering, liquid storage, mixing, blending equipment (in the most economical and practical state where materials can be evenly blended without heating), heating, mixing, blending or sterilization treatment. Especially suitable for small and pilot scale use in units and research institutions without steam heat sources. And it can adopt fully enclosed structure and insulation structure according to the process requirements. Ingredient tanks (including concentration tanks and dilution tanks) are commonly used containers for drug preparation in pharmaceutical factories and hospital preparation rooms. With the continuous improvement of production level in the pharmaceutical industry, the requirements for ingredient tanks are gradually increasing. The previous liquid level measurement principle can no longer adapt to today's pharmaceutical industry in terms of process and accuracy.
In the past, ingredient tanks were divided into two stages: visual level gauges and electronic remote level gauges. In the stage of measuring the liquid level in the tank with a visual level gauge (such as a glass tube level gauge or electronic remote liquid level inquiry), it is the primary stage of the batching tank. By visually or pressure sensing the height of the liquid level in the tank, and then converting the weight of the liquid in the tank based on the height value, it can be seen that this type of batching tank has the following disadvantages: (1) due to manufacturing errors, it is difficult to obtain accurate tank cross-sectional area data, and the volume data calculated by cross-sectional area has a large error. (2) The density of the liquid inside the tank varies with each dispensing, and the density of the solution is not constant, resulting in inaccurate calculation of the weight of the liquid. (3) From a hygiene perspective, due to the vertical connection between the glass tube and the tank, it is difficult to completely clean the inner wall of the tank during cleaning, which reduces the quality of the liquid preparation.
