1. Display function
It can display cumulative flow, instantaneous flow, flow rate, communication address, and output the maximum flow corresponding to 20mA (which can be set arbitrarily) and flow direction indication.

3. Automatic range switching function
The flow meter can automatically switch its range when the fluid flow rate varies widely, ensuring accurate measurement throughout the entire range.
4. Self check fault, alarm function
When the flowmeter is in operation and there is an empty tube, excitation open circuit or short circuit inside the measuring tube, it will automatically sound an alarm. The red light is on, and the alarm content is displayed at the same time.
5. Upper and lower limit flow alarm function
Users can set the upper and lower limits of the flow rate according to their needs. When the flow rate exceeds the set value, an automatic alarm will be triggered, the red light will turn on, and the alarm content will be displayed. The user can also output a switch signal to control the actuator.
6. Signal output function
The flowmeter can output 4-20mA standard current signals and 0-11kHz pulse signals, and can be used in conjunction with supporting equipment or other control systems such as microcomputers.
7. Communication function
The flowmeter is equipped with an RS485 communication interface (9600 baud, half duplex), which can be connected to the flowmeter network using twisted pair shielded cables, or directly connected to the microcomputer through a passive signal converter in our unit using a telephone line.
8. Small signal cutoff function
Users can set the lower limit voltage and lower limit flow rate through the display panel to cut off the small signal flow caused by interference.
9. Power outage protection function
The calculation results of the flowmeter and the parameters set by the user will not disappear after power failure, and will be stored in E2PROM for a long time.

There is electrical isolation between all output circuits and between them and the input circuit.

19. General Instrument Coefficient
The instrument coefficient is not affected by fluid and characteristic parameters (density, viscosity), working conditions (pressure, temperature), and conductivity (not less than the minimum conductivity). It can be calibrated under typical media (usually water) and does not require additional correction when applied to other media.
20. Plug in acid and alkali flowmeter
The plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter can measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquid media with a diameter greater than 200mm. Its instrument has a small volume, light weight, and can be loaded, unloaded, cleaned, inspected, and maintained without interruption.
