1. Product Overview

The accumulator capsule, also known as the accumulator skin, is an important component of the skin type accumulator. It is usually made of rubber and has stretchability, used to store compressed inert gas. Generally speaking, a certain pressure of nitrogen gas is injected into the capsule, while hydraulic oil is filled outside the capsule. The capsule will deform with the pressure of the hydraulic oil, compressing the nitrogen gas to store energy, and vice versa to release energy. The top of the accumulator generally uses a large mouth structure to facilitate the replacement of the capsule. The NXQ type accumulator capsules produced by Asahi Hydraulic comply with HG2331-92 standards and ASME standards, and have the advantages of oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, flexural resistance, small deformation, high strength, etc., and can work normally within the range of -10-+70.
