The fully automatic accident handling sled mainly consists of a three-phase separator, gas-liquid phase separation metering system, venting system, PLC control box, pneumatic control valve inside the sled, level gauge, equipment operation platform, and ladder.
Process: The incoming gas is regulated by a throttle valve and enters the accident separation sled. Oil, gas, and water are separated and metered separately by the accident separation sled. The separated gas phase is heated to 20 ℃ and metered before being exported. The natural gas condensate is then sent to the liquid hydrocarbon separation sled for secondary separation.
The gas and liquid from the accident separation sled are separated by a three-phase separator, and the gas phase is stabilized by a breathing valve and a safety valve before being vented to the flare. The separated oil enters the buffer separator, and the separated water containing ethylene glycol enters the rich liquid tank for centralized regeneration.
