Damping resistor (3KW) with external dimensions of φ 100 × 500
This damping resistor, also known as a protective resistor, plays a damping and current limiting role in the event of abnormal current changes such as flashover in the electric field, thereby reducing the impact on the high-voltage silicon rectifier and protecting the high-voltage silicon rectifier equipment.
Installation method
One end of the damping resistor is an M12 screw hole, and the other end is an M12 bolt. Connect it between the high-voltage output terminal of the high-voltage silicon rectifier and the high-voltage input line on the upper part of the electrostatic precipitator body. It must be firmly and reliably fixed.
Insulation requirements:
1. Indoor type: The distance between the top of the damping resistor and the indoor wall should be greater than 1.5-2 times that of the high-voltage bushing.
2. Outdoor type: The damping resistor should be installed inside the isolation switch box to ensure that the discharge distance between the resistor and the surrounding area is greater than 400mm.
A high-voltage cable specifically designed for the connection between the high-voltage input end of an electrostatic precipitator and a transformer.
PTFE tubes specifically designed for electrostatic precipitators or high-voltage transformers.
