AZY turbine shaft seal exhaust fan

1、 Overview
AZY turbine shaft seal exhaust fan is a product independently developed by Zibo Zhaotuo Electric Co., Ltd. based on absorbing and digesting advanced foreign technology. It has the advantages of low noise, wide flow area, flat performance curve, high efficiency and energy saving. It is a centrifugal blower with small flow rate, high wind pressure, small specific speed, and single-stage impeller. It is mainly used in the design of steam turbine shaft seal steam coolers to extract mixed gases of air and steam, and can also transport or extract gases with temperatures within 80 ℃ and other similar media. This is the latest product developed by our factory, with excellent performance that can meet the operation and supporting needs of power plants.
2、 Product type
1. This exhaust fan can be made in two types: right-handed and left-handed. Facing the fan from the motor, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called right rotation, represented by "right"; Counter clockwise rotation is called left rotation, represented by "left";
2. The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the angle of the fan's air outlet. Both "left" and "right" can be made into six angles: 0, 45, 90, 135, 180, and 225.
3、 Use work status
1. Suitable for use at temperatures below 80 ℃, with air and steam as the medium
The parameters in the performance table are 20 ℃ and a gas density of 1.2kg/m ³ under standard atmospheric pressure conditions. If there is a change in usage status, please perform performance conversion.
4、 Motor and impeller

The motor of the AZY turbine shaft seal exhaust fan adopts YX3 series high-efficiency energy-saving motor and YBX3 series high-efficiency energy-saving explosion-proof motor. The impeller is made of stainless steel welding or aviation aluminum alloy impeller made by special process (patent numbers ZL.0; ZL.2)）.
