The computer control system consists of two parts: temperature control system and recording calculation system. It consists of a computer host, monitor, printer, interface card, main circuit control box, and displacement sensor. The temperature control system can automatically control and adjust the temperature of the dedicated electric furnace, as well as automatically record and display it; The recording and calculation system automatically records the volume changes of coal pens during heating, and tracks and calculates the softening temperature, starting expansion temperature, solidification temperature, maximum shrinkage and maximum expansion of coal. This control system can store and print temperature data and curves, as well as coal expansion curves.
