Principle Overview
This driver uses advanced motor current precise detection technology, inductive brushless motor self speed measurement, inductive brushless motor rotation position detection, regenerative current constant current braking (or braking) technology, and powerful PID regulation technology to perfectly control the smooth forward and reverse rotation, commutation, and braking of the motor,Real time control of output current to prevent overcurrent,Accurate control of motor speed and rotational position, with short motor response time and low recoil force.
Motor acceleration and deceleration control:The soft start method with automatic current regulation and automatic acceleration control allows the motor to start quickly and smoothly with minimal recoil; Support acceleration and deceleration time and acceleration configuration. |
Motor brake control:The energy consumption braking method with automatic current regulation has a short motor braking time and no strong impact vibration; Support brake current configuration. |
Motor reverse control:The process of switching between forward and reverse rotation of the motor is controlled internally by the driver, which automatically performs deceleration, soft braking, and soft start control. No matter how frequently the commutation signal changes, it will not cause damage to the driver or motor. |
Motor speed control:By detecting the rotational speed and position through Hall signals, PID regulation algorithm is used for closed-loop control, supporting three stable speed modes: speed closed-loop control, time position closed-loop control, and time rate closed-loop control. |

interface definition
Attention: Do not connect the wiring of the power or motor interface with potentiometers, limit switches, or communication interfaces, otherwise it may burn out some components of the driver. Do not connect the power ground or control signal ground to the chassis, otherwise it may cause unstable operation of the drive. If possible, please connect the casing to the ground.

1.485 Communication Control
The connection method of 485 communication multi machine control
The 485 communication lines of each drive are connected in parallel in the A-A and B-B directions, followed by a 485 master station. The 485 master station independently operates each drive based on the slave station address configured by the drive. The address configured for each drive should be unique and cannot be duplicated with other drives.
2. Custom process control
The customization process involves controlling the motor by writing a program to operate the register of the driver. The customization process supports multiple input signals, including potentiometers, analog signals, logic levels, switch values, pulses (PWM, frequency, pulse counting), etc. The function of each input signal can be determined according to the needs, and it has strong openness to more accurately achieve the desired function. The basic steps of custom process control are as follows:
① Write a custom process program on the MotorProc application and generate a file of type ". prg";
② Select the pre written program from the AQMDBLS-Demo.exe application and download it;
③ After the program download is completed, it needs to be run and debugged;
