MaestroNano is the most widely applicable and cost-effective micro spectrophotometer. The integrated design concept is convenient and easy to use. MaestroNano focuses on the most commonly used wavelengths, namely OD 230 nm, OD 260 nm, and OD 280 nm, 320 nm, suitable for concentration quantification of dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA, and proteins. The sample volume of MaestroNano is fixed at 2 mL, and the optical path is fixed at~0.5 mm, so there is no need to frequently switch optical paths, so regular calibration is not involved. MaestroNano has outstanding performance in measurement accuracy and operational repeatability/reproducibility, while maintaining a wide dynamic range.
