1.Product Introduction
Hearing aids(Hearing Aid)It is an electroacoustic amplifier that amplifies sound to enable individuals with poor hearing to hear sounds that were previously unclear or inaudible. A hearing aid generally consists of six parts: microphone, amplifier, headphones, earplugs, volume control switch, and battery. Among them, the microphone (also known as a microphone or microphone) receives sound and converts it into electrical signals, that is, converts sound energy into electrical energy; Amplifier amplifies electrical signals (transistor amplification circuit); Headphones convert electrical signals into sound signals, that is, converting electrical energy into sound energy; Earplugs (also known as ear molds) deliver headphone sound into the external auditory canal; Volume control switch, controlling the amplification factor of sound; Battery provides power for hearing aids.
In the process of designing and producing hearing aids, there is a need for a measuring instrument that can quickly and accurately detect the electroacoustic characteristics of the hearing aid.

3.System testing principle
In the test box, first calibrate the test sound source to output a specified sound pressure level at each frequency within a frequency range. The hearing aid microphone receives the sound emitted by the test sound source, and the internal circuit of the hearing aid amplifies the sound of the microphone to drive the hearing aid headphones to produce sound. Measure the sound emitted by the hearing aid headphones using the test microphone inside the sound coupler, in order to obtain various electroacoustic indicators of the hearing aid.
4.Parameter Settings-Microphone calibration
Click on the menu bar-Settings-Microphone calibration, the software pops up the following window.
Remove the microphone from the acoustic coupler, insert the microphone into the sound level calibrator, press the calibrator switch, and the calibrator will emit 1 kHz,94 dB(1Pa)The voice. Click the microphone calibration button, and the software will automatically pop up a button after two seconds. If the microphone is not calibrated or damaged, the sensitivity of the microphone during calibration will be less than-50 dBV/Pa,At this point, the software pops up a window for abnormal microphone sensitivity, and does not save the microphone calibration results. Press the shortcut keyCtrl+Shift+F2Activate the input box and manually fill in the sensitivity value. After calibration, install the microphone into the echo coupler.
5.test process-testing procedure
Place the hearing aid inside the testing box, and place the microphone of the hearing aid at the red dot inside the testing box.
