1、 Product Overview
The AI-708H/808H flow integrator can be used in conjunction with various types of flow meters, such as orifice flow meters, vortex flow meters, turbine flow meters, electromagnetic flow meters, etc., for high-precision flow measurement of various liquids, general gases, natural gas and other media. The product is designed with a lifespan of over ten years and comes with a five-year free warranty.
2、 Functional Features
1. It can perform cumulative calculations on the mass, volume, and length of substances, and can also control the cumulative amount in batches. When used for batch control, the instrument has an independent 4-digit control accumulator and a 12 bit total accumulator.
2. Programmable input specifications, flow input signals can be programmed to frequency, 1-5V, 0-5V, 0-10mA, 4-20mA, and special input specifications can also be customized. The temperature signal can be programmed as Pt100 thermistor, K, E, J type thermocouple or standard current signal, and the pressure signal can be standard voltage or current signal.
3. AI-808H has complete temperature and pressure compensation function. It can achieve temperature and pressure compensation calculations for general gases, saturated steam, superheated steam, and liquids. Using a lookup table to perform compensation calculations on steam has high accuracy. And the compensation formula can be expanded according to user requirements to achieve special functions, such as the accumulation of heat or other physical quantities, the accumulation of natural gas containing water, etc.
4. Advanced computational methods ensure sufficient flow calculation accuracy for frequency signals even at very low frequencies.

1. Measurement accuracy: The measurement accuracy for temperature, pressure, frequency, and instantaneous flow (without temperature and pressure compensation) is 0.2% FS
2. Temperature drift: Temperature, pressure, frequency, and instantaneous flow (without temperature and pressure compensation) are all ≤ 0.01% FS/℃ (typical value is about 50ppm/℃)
3. Temperature and pressure compensation method:
General gas: temperature and pressure compensation (calculated using the ideal gas state equation)
Saturated steam: temperature compensation (refer to the table, temperature range: 100 ℃ -276 ℃)
Saturated steam: pressure compensation (check table, pressure range: 0.1-3.2MPa)
Overheated steam: temperature and pressure compensation (refer to the table, applicable temperature and pressure range: 150-590 ℃, 0.1-22MPa)
General liquid: only temperature compensation is used, PA is the compensation coefficient
Expanded calculation formula: allows users to customize calculation formulas for special functions
4. Accuracy of temperature and pressure compensation calculation: The typical calculation error is less than 0.3% FS, and the overall typical error of the instrument after calculation does not exceed 0.5% FS
5. Accumulated calculation error: Advanced calculation methods result in less than 0.01% FS (the error is only the frequency error of the crystal oscillator)
