1、 Product Overview

The AI-301 series module provides high reliability switch and frequency signal acquisition input and relay switch output signals for computer monitoring systems or touch screen through RS485 communication interface. It comes in two forms: D5 and E5. The E5 model adopts a platform concept, with hardware and software separated, and can install switch input or relay output modules as needed; The D5 model cannot install modules and has two specifications: 10 point switch input and 8-way relay output. Its installation width is only half of the E5 model, which saves installation space.

2、 Functional Features

1. Adopting AIBUS communication protocol, the speed is 2-10 times faster than MODBUS. It is compatible with other models of AI series instruments in terms of resource application and communication protocol, and can be directly connected to all well-known domestic configuration software. It also provides OPC communication protocol and can be connected to foreign configuration software that supports various OPC protocols;

2. Up to 10 I/O points, E5 model adopts a modular structure, and one instrument can support input/output signals of different points, which is more flexible in configuration than similar I/O modules;

3. In addition to inputting the switch status, the switch input can also "capture" the four transitions from disconnection to connection to adapt to the input of button switches;
