1、 Product Overview

The AI series rail mounted multi-channel inspection instrument/data collector is a new generation of measurement and control products launched on the basis of inheriting multiple classic technologies from Yudian. Designed for a lifespan of over ten years, with a five-year free warranty. It combines the advantages of Yudian's classic instruments, which can be used as an independent instrument to detect physical quantities such as temperature, pressure, and flow, and can seamlessly integrate with various brand control systems through Yudian's various types of protocol converters as an acquisition unit.

2、 Functional Features

1. The installation width is only 22.5mm, widely used in situations where installation space needs to be saved;

2. Integrate one L0 relay and one RS485 communication interface for user convenience;

3. D7/E7 adopts a specially customized LED display, which perfectly achieves dual row four position display within a limited width, with 5 LED status indicator lights, providing a clear view of output, alarm, communication and other statuses;

4. D7/E7 comes with physical buttons, user-friendly operation methods, easy to learn and use, and can view data or perform setting operations through the built-in buttons;

5. The power supply and communication wiring of D7 adopts plug-in bus terminals, which can be quickly connected when multiple units are used;

6. Optional thermocouple, thermistor, voltage, current input. Independently define settings for each scale, decimal point position, display resolution, digital filtering strength, and translation correction;

7. By using high-performance components, temperature drift is greatly reduced and mutual interference between channels is minimized, resulting in multi-channel measurements reaching a level of accuracy and anti-interference performance comparable to single channel measuring instruments;

8. Supports measurement of 2-channel, 4-channel, and 6-channel signals, and has built-in calculation functions such as square root, multiplier, adder, and adder. It also has a built-in function for measuring temperature and humidity using a dry wet bulb with wind speed and atmospheric pressure constant compensation. By inputting a Pt100 dry wet bulb signal, it can accurately measure the temperature and humidity of the environment;
