1、 Product Overview

The AI series multi-channel measurement display alarm instrument is suitable for measuring, alarming, transmitting, and communicating multiple physical parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, flow rate, and liquid level. It is widely used in fields such as power, chemical, metallurgical, food processing, and machinery manufacturing. The product is designed with a lifespan of over ten years and comes with a five-year free warranty.

2、 Functional Features

1. Custom signal input can support multiple thermocouple, thermistor, voltage, current, and two-wire transmitter inputs. Each channel can have different input specifications and can independently define its own scale, decimal point position, display resolution, digital filtering strength, and translation correction settings. 0.2 level measurement accuracy.

2. By using high-performance components, temperature drift is greatly reduced and mutual interference between channels is minimized, resulting in multi-channel measurements reaching a level of accuracy and anti-interference performance comparable to single channel measuring instruments.

3. AI-702M, 704M/704M2, and 706M can support measurement of 2, 4, and 6 signals respectively, and have built-in functions such as square root, multiplier, adder, and adder. They also have built-in functions for measuring temperature and humidity using a dry wet bulb with wind speed and atmospheric pressure constant compensation. By inputting the Pt100 signal of the dry wet bulb, the temperature and humidity of the environment can be accurately measured.

4. RS485 communication interface can be installed as the lower computer for AIDCS intelligent distributed control system, split paperless recorder and touch screen control system. It can also provide switch input or output to the upper computer. The upper computer can perform switch operation through the instrument. When communication function is not required, it can have two-way transmission output function.

5. There can be two mutually isolated transmission current outputs, which can transmit the measured values of any channel from the OUTP port, or transmit the output of six channel rotary transformers. It can be edited and used as a two in two out transmitter.

6. Equipped with fixed-point/automatic patrol measurement display function, and two inspection speeds to choose from.

7. Support the new generation E5 DIN rail shape, which can be directly connected to a handheld display for editing with a cable, making it more convenient to use.
