1、 Overview of AF series grading machine products:
The AF series airflow classifier is an airflow classification technology mainly based on a square cylinder structure. This technology changes the form of the rotating gas field of the circular cylinder, making the material more dispersed and thus improving the classification efficiency. This series of models adopts a high-precision horizontal grading form, with sharp cutting effect, good cutting accuracy, and large particle control performance. This model also adopts a graded wheel hinge connection structure, which allows the graded impeller to be removed, making it very convenient to adjust and maintain its clearance. It embodies the design concept of humanization.
The AF series is suitable for dry classification of ultrafine powders, especially for the classification of large-scale industrial products.
2、 Working principle of AF series classifier:
AF classifier is a forced centrifugal classifier with secondary air inlet and vertically installed classification rotor. It consists of classification rotor, guide vane rectifier, feeder, etc. The material is added from the upper cylinder body, and the external air acts on the material air screen, causing the particles to be fully dispersed and grow up to the grading zone. Due to the high-speed rotation of the grading rotor. Particles are subjected to both centrifugal force generated by graded particles and centripetal force generated by the viscosity of the airflow. When the centrifugal force is greater than the centripetal force, that is, coarse particles above the graded diameter spin down along the container wall, the external secondary air is rectified into a uniform vortex through the guide part, separating the fine powder mixed or adhered to the coarse powder. After separation, the coarse particles are discharged from the lower coarse particle port, and fine particles below the graded diameter flow through the graded rotor into the cyclone separator, where they are collected by the collector. The clean gas is discharged from the induced draft fan.

Wide grading range: This machine has strong adaptability to different properties, densities, particle shapes, and particle sizes of materials. The grading range is wide, and the d97 can reach 4-200um.
High classification accuracy: With a complete and stable classification flow field and reliable special sealing, materials can be classified with high sharpness, narrow particle size distribution, and strict control of large particles.
High classification efficiency: Adopting low-speed vertical single blade wheel classification, coupled with strong eddy current field and fine powder extraction device, it has low installed power, large processing capacity, high fine powder extraction rate, and classification efficiency of up to 95%.
Equipped with a strong dispersing device, it can effectively disperse and grade agglomerated materials.

4、 The AF series grading machine is suitable for:
Combine with various crushing equipment (air flow mill, ball mill, Raymond mill, vibration mill, etc.) to separate fine powder.
Remove particles that are too fine or too coarse from the material, effectively solving the problem of entrainment.
