1. Purpose:
The A5-05M series planetary ball mill can finely grind or mix solid particles, suspensions, and pastes with different particle sizes and materials using both dry and wet methods. If a vacuum ball milling jar is used, the sample can be ground and mixed in vacuum or inert gas. After many scientific research and use by enterprises, the particle size of the A5-05M series planetary ball mill grinding material produced by our company can fully reach the nanometer level. According to user feedback, it has reached about 30 nanometers (0.03 μ m). This series of ball mills is widely used in fields such as geology, metallurgy, soil, building materials, chemical industry, light industry, medicine, electronics, ceramics, batteries, and environmental protection.
2. Working principle
The A5-05M series planetary ball mill is equipped with four ball milling tanks on a large plate. When the plate rotates (revolution), it drives the ball milling tanks to rotate around their own axis (rotation), thus forming planetary motion. The transmission ratio between revolution and rotation is 1:2 (revolution for one revolution, rotation for two revolutions). The grinding balls and abrasives inside the tank collide, crush, grind, and mix the test samples under the action of two centrifugal forces: revolution and rotation.
3. Characteristics
A. The A5-05M gear transmission planetary gear system is made of self-lubricating reinforced engineering plastics in our factory, which ensures mechanical strength and reduces noise.
B、 Interval operation function: In order to prevent overheating caused by ball milling from affecting the performance and quality of materials, this machine can automatically control the time of each state in a cycle mode of "run stop re run".
