1. Purpose:

9-35 type single suction boiler centrifugal fan and Y9-35 type single suction and Y9-35 type double suction boiler induced draft fan are suitable for the ventilation and induced draft systems of 2-240t/h steam boilers. The basic model of the ventilation fan is "9-35", and the basic model of the induced draft fan is "Y9-35".

2. Form:

(1) The supplementary model for single suction and induced draft fans is "11" or "12", and the supplementary model for double induced draft fans is "03", where the first digit 1 and 0 represent single suction and double suction, and the second digit is the design sequence number. The performance parameters of the ventilation and induced draft fans are shown in the performance table.

(2) The transmission method is connected to the motor through a coupling, with a single suction type of D and a double suction fan type of F.

(3) When viewed from the direction of the motor, the direction of rotation of the impeller is clockwise, which is called a clockwise fan, and counterclockwise, which is called a reverse fan.

3. Structural features:

(1) The impeller is welded from forward curved blades, a conical front plate, and a flat rear plate (or middle plate), and riveted to the shaft plate. The induced draft fan has thicker blades due to significant wear. And there are reinforcement parts welded at the root of the blades on the rear (or middle) disc to extend their service life.

(2) The main shaft of the transmission part is made of high-quality steel. The single suction duct, induced draft fan, and double suction induced draft fan all use rolling bearings, which are equipped with thermometers and oil level indicators. The induced draft fan also has a cooling water device.

(3) The casing is a snail shaped body welded from steel plates, and the snail shaped plate of the induced draft fan has a thick lining plate for replacement after wear.

(4) The single suction fan and induced draft fan are equipped with eight petal shaped flow regulators at the inlet, while the double suction induced draft fan is equipped with four simple flow regulators on both sides of the intake box to adjust the flow rate used.
