
One Characteristics and Applications
The 9-19 and 9-26 high-pressure centrifugal fans are generally used for forging furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation, and are widely used for conveying air and other non self igniting, harmless to human health, and non corrosive gases to steel materials. The gas does not contain viscous substances, and the amount of dust and hard particles does not exceed 150mg/m3. The gas temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.
II type
Both 9-19 and 9-26 high-pressure centrifugal fans can be made in two types: right rotation and left rotation. Looking from the side of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise and is called a right cyclone machine, indicated by "right"; The counterclockwise rotation of the impeller is called a left cyclone, represented by "left".
The outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. Both "left" and "right" can be made into six angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, and 225 °.
The transmission modes of the fan are A (No.4-6.3) and D (No.7.1-16).


III Structural characteristics
No.4 to 6.3 are mainly composed of impellers, casings, air intakes, and other parts matched with direct connected motors. No.7.1 to 16 have transmission parts in addition to the above parts.
(1) Impeller: There are 12 blades for the 9-19 type fan and 16 blades for the 9-26 type fan, both of which are forward curved blades. The peripheral velocity of the impeller diffuser shall not exceed 140m/s. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction, resulting in excellent air performance, high efficiency, and stable and reliable operation.
(2) Shell: The shell is a snail shaped body welded from high-quality steel plates. The No.2.8-12.5 casing is made as a whole and cannot be disassembled. The casings of No.16 and No.20 are made into two open types, divided into two halves along the horizontal plane and connected by bolts.
(3) Air inlet: The air inlet is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure and installed on the side of the fan; The cross-section parallel to the axial direction has a curved shape, which allows gas to enter the impeller smoothly with minimal loss.
(4) Transmission group: The transmission part consists of the main shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The spindle is made of high-quality steel. The overall structure of the bearing box adopts ball bearings and is lubricated with bearing grease.
