Oil circuit principle Circuit Principle

When working, drain valve7 is closed. Swing the manual pressure lever 11, and the oil is sucked in from the oil tank 8 through the one-way valve 15, and then pressed out into the large piston 6 through the oil outlet valve 16. This continuously stores energy and forms high-pressure oil, which is displayed on the pressure gauge 10. When the oil discharge valve 7 is opened, the load can be unloaded.

Operation Manual Operating Instructions

First, screw the oil injection holeLoosen valve 13 and tighten oil drain valve 7 clockwise. Place the mold in the center of worktable 5 and tighten it with lead screw 2. Shake manual handle 11 back and forth to achieve the desired pressure. After holding the pressure, loosen oil drain valve 7 counterclockwise and remove the mold.

Precautions Notes

（1) Before use, the oil injection hole screw 13 must be loosened in order for the tablet press to function properly

（2) Regularly add lubricating oil to screw 2 and plunger pump 12

（3) Pressurization must not exceed the pressure range of the machine, otherwise danger may occur

（4) It is advisable to use clean No. 46 engine oil for the tablet press, and never use brake oil

（5) When applying pressure, I feel that the manual pressure lever 11 is strong, but there is no indication on pressure gauge 10. I should immediately unload and check pressure gauge 10

（6) When a new machine is used or has not been used for a long time, tighten the oil drain valve slightly before use. When the pressure is increased to 20-25MPa, unload it and repeat 2-3 times continuously to use it normally

（7) The large piston 6 should not exceed a stroke of 20mm
