performance description
ENDEVCO®The 758 sensor is an extremely lightweight accelerometer designed for collision testing and other similar applications that require minimum mass load and wideband response.
The 758 sensor adopts a unique micro machined piezoresistive sensor with multi-mode damping. This single-chip sensor adopts the latest MEMS technology, which can provide better robustness, stability, and reliability. The accelerometer has two movable bridge arms and a fixed resistor to form a full bridge circuit for easy shunt calibration. The full-scale output is 400mV nominal value under 10Vdc excitation. The frequency response extends down to DC (steady-state acceleration), making this accelerometer highly suitable for measuring long-term transient impacts.
The calibration report for the 758 sensor comes standard with excitation voltages of 2V, 5V, and 10V at the factory.
