The 63 ton single arm hydraulic press is mainly suitable for the calibration of shaft parts, profiles, and the pressing of shaft sleeve parts, the bending, pressing, and shaping of sheet parts, the stretching of plastic products for simple parts, and the assembly lines of industries such as machine tools, internal combustion engines, textile machinery, shafts, bearings, washing machines, automotive motors, air conditioning motors, electrical appliances, military enterprises, and foreign-funded enterprises.
This product is mainly made of high-strength steel welded together, subjected to tempering vibration aging treatment, and the frame design is analyzed by finite element method, with high rigidity and high precision. Ensuring the small deformation of the machine, the worktable can move up and down, greatly expanding the opening and closing height of the machine and making it more convenient to use. You can also customize a workbench that moves forward and backward. 1.1 The body of the hydraulic press is a C-type single arm structure, consisting of components such as the main cylinder, hydraulic power system, and electrical system. The body adopts a finite element design structure, welded from high-quality steel plates, and undergoes high-frequency vibration treatment after welding to eliminate welding stress, ensuring high rigidity and preventing deformation of the body.
1.2. The compression cylinder tonnage of the hydraulic press is achieved by a piston cylinder, which is made of high-quality forged steel. The surface of the piston rod is treated with medium frequency quenching, resulting in high hardness and long service life. The main sealing components of the oil cylinder use high-quality sealing rings to ensure reliable sealing.

Precautions for using hydraulic press
1. This pressure machine should be properly grounded, preferably separately grounded.
2. The machine is not allowed to calibrate the mold during operation.
3. The hydraulic oil should be N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil or N46 low pour point hydraulic oil, filtered through 80-100 mesh wire before use. The first oil change time should not exceed two months, and the oil should be changed every six months.
4. After 200 hours of operation, the cleanliness of the oil should be checked, and there should be no odor. Drop a drop of hydraulic oil on a white filter paper, and there should be no black stains within the center point of the oil stain. Otherwise, the oil should be replaced.
5. The hydraulic press shall not be overloaded for use.
6. If there is an unexpected leakage in the system, sufficient hydraulic oil should be replenished after eliminating the fault.
7. Regularly check the cleanliness of the pump station and fuel tank, and strictly prohibit water, dust, and foreign objects from entering the fuel tank.
8. If the conversion function is needed, the air inside the system should be completely purged before it can work.
9. If there are any abnormal reactions during testing and work, the machine should be stopped for inspection in a timely manner.
10. Within 10 minutes of holding pressure, a pressure reduction of 2.5MPa is allowed.
