The Swiss company Zurich Instruments' ultra-high frequency lock-in amplifier UHFLI has a demodulation frequency of up to 600MHz, uses fully digital signal processing, and provides 100 dB of dynamic storage throughout the entire frequency range. In addition, the instrument is equipped with an integrated tool: a frequency response analyzer and FFT spectrum analyzer for analyzing time and frequency domain signals.
