（1） Working principle of plastic crusher
The plastic crusher is driven by an electric motor to rotate the moving blade disc at high speed. During the high-speed operation of the moving blade, it forms a relative motion trend with the fixed blade. The gap formed between the moving blade and the fixed blade is used to create a cutting edge for plastic crushing and shearing, thereby crushing large pieces of plastic. The crushed plastic is filtered and transported through a sieve to determine the size of the plastic particles.

（3） Maintenance and upkeep of plastic crushers
1. The plastic crusher should be placed in a ventilated position to ensure the heat dissipation of the motor during operation and extend its lifespan;
2. Lubricating oil should be regularly added to the bearings to ensure the lubrication of the bearing components;
3. Regularly check the screws of the cutting tools. After using the new crusher for one hour, use tools to tighten the fixed and moving screws, and strengthen the fixation between the blade and the tool holder;
4. To ensure the sharpness of the cutting edge of the tool, it is necessary to regularly inspect the tool to maintain its sharpness and reduce damage to other components caused by blunt or missing blade edges;
5. When replacing cutting tools, a certain gap should be maintained between the moving tool and the fixed tool. The thinner the recycled material, the larger the gap can be adjusted appropriately;
6. When starting for the second time, the remaining debris in the machine compartment should be cleared first to reduce starting resistance. The inertia cover and pulley cover should be opened regularly to remove the ash outlet under the flange, as the powder discharged from the plastic crusher chamber enters the shaft bearing;
7. The machine should maintain good grounding;
8. Regularly check whether the plastic crusher belt is loose and tighten it in a timely manner.
