5Rraymond millIt is currently the most common and best-selling Raymond mill in the market. The 5R Raymond mill is divided into two models: 5R4119 and 5R4121. The appearance of the two models of Raymond mills is basically the same, but the difference is that the 5R4121 Raymond mill improves the height of the grinding roller and ring, increases the grinding area of the material, and thus increases the output.
The 5R4121 Raymond mill host is equipped with 5 grinding roller total bearing devices, with a grinding roller size of Φ 410 * 210, a maximum feed particle size of 30 millimeters, and a finished particle size range of 0.18-0.025 millimeters (equivalent to 80-600 mesh). The fineness of the finished powder can be controlled by adjusting the air volume. The 5R Raymond mill host is equipped with a 75kw electric motor, and the fan motor has been increased from the original 55kw to 75kw. The analyzer is equipped with a 4kw adjustable speed motor.
