1. The evaporator pot is made of high-quality stainless steel sheet, which is processed by rolling, extending, and advanced welding methods. The cooling water has been circulated and the water temperature has reached 70 ℃. It is continuously injected into the evaporation pot through the water level controller to ensure the normal water level in the pot, fully utilize the heat energy, and accelerate the production of water vapor. A water blocking cap is installed in the center of the cover to prevent splashing water droplets from entering the condenser during evaporation and affecting the distilled water quality. The bottom is equipped with a drain valve, which can be used to discharge stored water at any time.

2. The condenser is made of high-quality stainless steel sheets and tubes, which have good thermal conductivity and high heat exchange efficiency.

3. The heating part is composed of an immersion electric heating tube, with TX copper as the sheath, and surface treated for durability; Installed at the bottom of the evaporator pot. Be careful not to cut off the water when using!

5、 Operation and maintenance

1. Close the drain valve first.

2. Open the water source valve to allow tap water to enter the condenser through the inlet control valve, and then inject it into the evaporator through the return pipe. Close the water source valve until the water level rises to the center of the glass water level gauge.

3. Connect the power supply, and when distilled water drops out after boiling, reopen the water source valve and adjust it to around 70 ℃ when the cooling water overflows, and the distilled water temperature should be around 40 ℃.

4. Use a smooth silicone rubber conduit to introduce clean glass distilled water into the distilled water outlet pipe.

5. Before daily use, the interior should be washed once, and the stored water should be drained completely. Fresh water should be replaced to ensure water quality.

6. The scale inside the distilled water tank can be washed with weak acid or weak alkali solution for easy removal.

7. Newly purchased distilled water dispensers should be cleaned first and subjected to electric evaporation for more than 2 hours until distilled water meets the pharmacopoeia requirements.
