1、 Working principle of 40000 air volume catalytic combustion equipment
This device is designed based on two basic principles: adsorption (high efficiency) and catalytic combustion (energy saving). It adopts dual gas path continuous operation, with one catalytic combustion chamber and two adsorption beds alternately used. Firstly, the organic waste gas is adsorbed onto activated carbon. When the activated carbon is about to reach saturation, the adsorption is stopped. Then, the organic matter is desorbed from the activated carbon using a hot gas flow to remove it; The detached organic matter has been concentrated (with a concentration several tens of times higher than before) and sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for catalytic combustion to generate carbon dioxide and water vapor for discharge. When the concentration of organic waste gas reaches over 2000ppm, the organic waste gas can maintain spontaneous combustion in the catalytic bed without external heating. After combustion, a portion of the exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere, while the majority is sent to the adsorption bed for use as activated carbon. This can not only meet the heat energy required for combustion and desorption, but also achieve the goal of energy conservation. _The activated carbon can undergo the next adsorption; When desorbing again, another adsorption bed can be used for purification operation, which can achieve both continuous operation (i.e. online work) and intermittent operation (i.e. offline work).
