
Product Description
The new DZL series steam boiler is a new product that currently replaces old boilers. It uses heat transfer elements - threaded smoke tubes, which enhance heat transfer, improve heat transfer coefficient, select appropriate flue gas flow rate, and make the boiler's thermal efficiency 6-8 percentage points higher than the national standard.
The arched tube plate and threaded smoke tube transform the boiler shell from a quasi rigid body to an elastic body, which, together with the wing shaped flue, completely avoids the problem of cracking in the high-temperature tube plate of traditional water fire tube boilers. A reasonable water circulation loop has increased the water velocity of the riser and avoided water-cooled wall bursting.
By using inertial separation of smoke and dust inside the furnace, supplemented by a dust collector, the boiler's dust concentration meets the requirements of Class I regions in China.
The use of energy-saving and strong radiation furnace arches can ensure stable combustion of bituminous coal and blended coal.
Adopting high standards and high-quality auxiliary equipment, accessories, and automatic control devices to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler, while reducing the labor intensity of the stoker.
