1、 Overview of the 4-79 series:
1. This series of fans can be used for general ventilation and air exchange, as well as for supplying air to air conditioning fan sections. The gas inhaled by ordinary fans should have no corrosiveness; The inhaled gas contains no more than 150mg/m3 of dust and hard particles, and the inhaled gas temperature does not exceed 80 ℃.
2. Fan form: The 4-79 series product specifications range from 3 # to 20 #, with a total of 20 machine numbers. 3-6 # is a direct motor drive, known as A-type drive, with adjustable air outlet angle; 7-8 # are transmission seat drives, known as C-type drives; 7-20 # is an over axis belt drive, called E-type drive, which can be made into single suction or double suction.
3. Users can choose the material of the fan according to its purpose when selecting. This series of products can be made into explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, high temperature resistant, etc.
4. The power curve on the performance curve chart refers to the internal power of the fan. When determining the rated power of the motor, the following correction factors should be considered:

2、 Overview of SS4-79 fan:
The XXX SS4-79 dual speed energy-saving centrifugal fan is a new series of fans recently put into operation in our factory, which has adjustable speed, variable flow rate and total pressure. This series of fans consists of a 4-79 centrifugal fan paired with a YDT variable pole multi speed three-phase asynchronous motor. It retains the excellent aerodynamic characteristics, high efficiency, and low noise of the prototype fan, as well as the advantages of adjustable speed, large range of flow and total pressure changes, simple structure, and reasonable price. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for situations in industrial and civil buildings, high-rise and underground buildings where ventilation is required to be highly adjustable due to differences in production pace and living conditions, temperature differences between day and night, different seasons, normal times and disasters, and other reasons. It can be used for both purposes, greatly reducing the size of the computer room, saving investment and operating costs.
This series of fans can be used as general ventilation and smoke exhaust fans in case of fire. The types of gases transported are air and other unnatural gases that are non corrosive to steel materials and harmless to human health. The transported gas shall not contain viscous substances, and the dust and hard particles contained shall not exceed 150mg/m3. Gas delivery temperature: It should not exceed 80 ℃ during long-term operation, and 280 ℃ is allowed for a short period of time (usually about half an hour) during fire smoke exhaust.




3、 SS4-79 fan wiring principle:
The YDT series motors that meet international standards and have technical performance indicators that reach the advanced level of similar foreign products are selected for the XX motor. This series of electric motors adopts the method of variable pole speed regulation, and the variable speed power is reasonably matched with the load characteristics of the fan. The energy-saving effect is significant, and it has the characteristics of low noise, small vibration, reliable operation, good moisture resistance, and easy maintenance. The rated voltage of YDT series motors is 380 volts and the frequency is 50 hertz.
