The 4-72 (B4-72) series ventilation fans produced by our factory have the characteristics of good air performance, high efficiency, and smooth operation. In an environment with dust and hard particles not exceeding 150mg/m3 and gas temperature not exceeding 80 ℃, it can be used as both input gas and output gas.
Type:
When viewed from the side of the electric motor, the impeller rotates clockwise and is called a right cyclone, represented by "right"; The counterclockwise rotation of the impeller is called a left rotating fan, represented by "left".
The position of the air outlet of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. No2.8-6 # is manufactured in one type at the factory, with an angle range from 0 ° to 225 ° and an interval of 45 °. The position of the No6-12 # air outlet is fixed in three types: 0 °, 90 °, and 180 °, and cannot be adjusted.
There are four transmission modes for this fan: A, B, C, and D. No2.8-6 # adopts A-type transmission, No6-12 # adopts C and D type transmission, and No16-20 # adopts C and B type transmission.
Structure:
The No. 2.8-6 # fan in the 4-72 (B4-72) series is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, and other directly connected motors. In addition to the above parts, No6-12 # also has transmission components.
1. The impeller consists of 10 aft sloping wing shaped blades, a curved front plate, and a flat rear plate, which have undergone dynamic balance correction.
2. The casing is made in two different types: the No2.8-12 # casing is made as a whole and cannot be disassembled, while the No16-12 # casing is made as a two-piece design, separated along the horizontal plane and connected by bolts.
3. The air inlet is made as a whole and installed on the side of the fan with a curved cross-section parallel to the axial direction, which allows gas to enter the impeller smoothly with minimal loss.
4. The transmission part consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, rolling bearings, pulleys or couplings.
Note: The performance, structure, selected components, and external dimensions of B4-72 explosion-proof ventilation fan are basically the same as those of 4-72 type. Users can refer to 4-72 for selection (only depending on the type of impeller and motor provided).
