1、 Product Overview:
The 3GBW insulated three screw pump is a positive displacement pump with significant advantages such as simple structure, small volume, stable and reliable high-speed operation, low pressure pulsation, stable flow rate, low noise, and high efficiency. It utilizes the principle of screw engagement, relying on the rotating screw to interlock with the pump sleeve, enclosing the conveyed medium in the meshing dirt, and continuously and uniformly pushing it along the screw axis to the discharge port, providing stable pressure for the system.
The 3GBW insulated three screw pump is suitable for transporting various non corrosive oils and similar liquids, with a viscosity of generally 30-760mm/s. High viscosity media can be transported by heating to reduce viscosity, and their temperature generally does not exceed 350 ℃. The 30GB series three screw pump is made of cast steel and comes in two types: insulated and non insulated. It is recommended to use insulated screw pumps for high viscosity media. The inlet and outlet directions of the pump usually follow the direction shown in the diagram when leaving the factory, which is right in and left out. If the user has special requirements, it can also be made as left in and right out.

The 3GBW insulated three screw pump has good sealing performance and uses mechanical seals. Different materials are selected for the friction parts of the mechanical seal according to the user's different media, especially for high viscosity media. The use of hard alloy materials with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance ensures sealing performance at high temperatures.
