The 300X slow closing soundproof check valve, also known as the 300X slow closing check valve, is a new type of hydraulic control valve developed by our company recently. This valve is installed at the pump outlet of high-rise building water supply systems and other water supply systems, and is an intelligent valve that prevents medium backflow, water hammer, and water hammer phenomena. This valve has three functions: electric valve, check valve, and water hammer, which can improve the stability and reliability of the water supply system. It integrates the technical principles of slow opening, quick closing, and slow closing water hammer to prevent the occurrence of water hammer when starting or stopping the pump. Simply operate the opening and closing button of the water pump motor, and the valve can automatically open and close according to the water pump operating procedures. It has the characteristics of high flow rate, low resistance, and long service life. Suitable for valves below DN500.

Installation requirements for 300X type slow closing soundproof check valve:

1. Install a filter before slowly closing the noise reducing check valve.

2. During installation, attention should be paid to the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body. To facilitate maintenance, appropriate space should be left around the check valve.

3. A gate valve of the corresponding diameter should be installed at the location where the water source can be cut off when repairing the check valve.
