The 300 GHz linear scanning camera consists of: a camera unit, a camera controller/interface unit that can be customized by OEM developers, a 300 GHz source, and a THz optical system. The pixel specifications of each camera have been optimized to ensure a maximum sensitivity of 300 GHz. The device has a compact structure and can be easily integrated into any transmission system. Its enhanced structure, independent control unit, and customization options provide OEM developers with greater flexibility. The camera has internal and external synchronization functions. Internal synchronization can work together with external modulation sources to reduce noise and improve image quality. The external synchronization function allows the camera to capture frames at precisely determined intervals. It is combined with an external encoder to automatically adapt to different conveyor belt configurations.
