Product Introduction
The 3000 M2 hardness tester can perform Brinell hardness tests within the range of 62.5-3000 kgf. After the test is completed, the Brinell hardness value is automatically displayed according to the Brinell indentation depth measurement method (HBWT).
This helps to perform multiple repeated tests quickly and easily.
The load application system includes a force sensor located directly above the pressure head (providing the highest measurement accuracy) and a servo motor controlled by an industrial PC to achieve excellent load stability.
The measurement results are clearly displayed on the computer screen.
The electronic measurement software of this machine supports the selection of test types and directly displays measurement results and two types of charts (load/time chart and load/depth chart).
Optional LHB Brinell hardness camera and automatic measurement software are available for measuring Brinell indentation on the screen.
