Process principle of intermediate frequency furnace dust collector:

Install an umbrella shaped vacuum hood at a height of 1600-2000mm from the intermediate frequency furnace mouth, install an exhaust support pipe, and install a regulating valve and a rotating walking device on the support pipe to allow the umbrella shaped vacuum hood to move and suck smoke from two furnace bodies. The flue gas is introduced into the main ventilation duct through a branch pipeline, and the sparks are removed by a spark trap to prevent them from entering the dust collector and burning the dust bag. At the same time, the spark trap is also a primary dust collector, which can remove other dust with low recycling value. Then, the bag filter is used for purification treatment, and the flue gas is sent to the chimney for discharge by a fan.
