The fan adopts bipolar impellers, with blade profiles in the shape of wings and twisted surfaces, and adjustable blade angles; The transmission method of the twisted middle and rear guide vanes is to connect the motor with a coupling, and manual brake can be selected; Install a platinum resistance thermometer on the bearing and connect it to the secondary instrument for telemetry recording.
Structure of 2K60 mine axial flow fan:
This product series is a two-stage impeller with a wing shaped blade profile and a twisted surface. The blade angle can be adjusted within 15 ℃ -45 ℃. Equipped with twisted middle and rear guide vanes, using rolling bearings, lubricated with grease, and using self-aligning couplings at both ends of the transmission shaft, directly connected to the motor, and equipped with manual brake valves. A thin thermistor thermometer is installed on the bearing and connected to the secondary instrument, which can be used for telemetry recording. And equipped with a membrane box micro pressure gauge to monitor the performance of the fan.
1. Air inlet
The air inlet is composed of a mining machinery equipment collector and a streamline body, which functions to uniformly introduce air into the impeller along the axial direction to reduce the impact loss of airflow and improve the efficiency of the ventilation fan.
2. Impeller
The 2K type ventilation fan has two impellers, which are composed of a hub and blades, and have high air pressure and volume. There are 14 wing shaped twisted blades on each impeller. Wing shaped twisted blades can reduce the radial flow and circulation of airflow inside the impeller, resulting in minimal losses and high efficiency. The blade installation angle can be adjusted within the range of 15 °~45 °, and the number of blades can also be adjusted. Both impellers can be equipped with 14 blades or 7 blades, or they can be installed as a first stage impeller with 14 blades and a second stage impeller with 7 blades, with a large adjustment range.
3. Middle and rear guide vanes
Guide vanes are also called rectifiers. The middle guide vanes are installed between the first and second stage impellers, with 14 twisted wing shaped blades; The rear guide vanes are installed behind the second stage impeller and have 7 twisted wing shaped blades. The function of the middle guide vane is to change the direction of the airflow flowing out from the first stage impeller and increase the pressure generated by the second stage impeller; The function of the rear guide vanes is to adjust the airflow flowing out of the second stage impeller to axial flow, in order to reduce losses and improve efficiency. The middle and rear guide vanes are fixedly installed on the main air duct, and the angle of the guide vanes can be adjusted using an electric motor mechanism or manually operated to facilitate reverse airflow.
4. Transmission part
The transmission part consists of mining machinery equipment shafts, bearings, brackets, and couplings. The bearing adopts rolling bearings and is equipped with a temperature measuring device (platinum resistance thermometer). The primary instrument can be used for telemetry recording and over temperature reporting. The two ends of the transmission shaft are connected to the ventilation fan and the electric motor through gear couplings.
5. Diffuser
The diffuser consists of a conical core and shell, forming a ring shape, and is installed on the outlet side of the ventilation fan. The flow cross-section of the diffuser gradually expands, and the velocity of the airflow in the diffuser gradually decreases, which can convert some of the dynamic pressure into static pressure and improve the efficiency of the ventilation fan. According to literature reports, a well-designed diffuser can increase efficiency by about 10%. Therefore, ventilation fans generally need to be equipped with diffusers to improve their efficiency.
