The 2CY series gear pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with properties similar to lubricating oil that do not contain solid particles and fibers, are non corrosive, have a temperature not exceeding 80 ℃, a viscosity of 5 × 10-6~1.5 × 10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt), and are used in hydraulic rotating systems.

The 2CY series gear pump mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, shaft end seals, etc. Gears that have undergone nitriding treatment have high hardness and wear resistance. Installed together with the shaft in a replaceable shaft sleeve for operation. The lubrication of all parts inside the pump is automatically achieved through the use of the conveying medium during pump operation. The four bearing sleeves inside the pump are installed in a floating manner, and the end clearance is automatically adjusted according to the working pressure. Therefore, the pressure of the pump is stable, the output flow pulsation is small, and the dissolution efficiency is high. When viewed from the extended end of the main shaft towards the pump, it rotates clockwise.
