1. Precision potato planting technology: The existing potato planting machines adopt a relatively simple chain bowl planting method. Without the help of manual labor, the heavy planting rate is higher than 25%, the missed planting rate is higher than 15%, the young bud damage rate is higher than 2%, and the operating efficiency is low, which is not suitable for large-scale mechanized planting of potatoes. The sowing unit of this potato planting machine adopts a "bowl spoon" type seeding device with independent intellectual property rights, as well as vibration, shaking, and chain tensioning mechanisms, achieving precise sowing without the need for manual labor. The leakage index is reduced from below 15% to below 10%, the reseeding index is reduced from below 25% to below 20%, the damage rate of potato sprouts is reduced from below 2% to below 1.5%, and the qualified index of potato spacing is increased from not less than 67% to not less than 85%.

Precise depth control technology for potatoes: The depth of existing potato planting machines is controlled by a fixed trencher and three-point suspension of the tractor, and its planting depth is greatly affected by the terrain. The potato planting machine adopts a single depth limiting and copying mechanism for planting depth control, which solves the uneven sowing depth caused by factors such as region and soil, and improves the stability of sowing depth.

3. Potato ridge control technology: Existing potato planting machines often use plow type or disc type soil support plates, which are difficult to adjust in angle and have irregular ridges. The potato planting machine has broken through the inherent mode and developed a disc type ridge support device, which has expanded its application range. The applicable row spacing has been increased from 600-700mm to 700-900mm, and the adaptable plant spacing has been increased from 200-350mm to 170-440mm. The ridge shape control is more diverse and can meet different agronomic requirements.

4. Design the potato planting bowl into three different sizes that can be replaced, arranged in a staggered and equidistant manner and installed on the potato seed belt of the seeder. The back of the bowl spoon is equipped with a flanged edge. The range of adaptation to potato cultivation has been expanded from the traditional 30-50 grams to 15-80 grams.
