The ZF series vacuum pump station (also known as vacuum generator, vacuum station, negative pressure station, vacuum negative pressure station, etc.) is a complete system that uses one or two water ring vacuum pumps (or other forms of vacuum pumps) as vacuum acquisition equipment and vacuum tanks as vacuum storage equipment. For situations where frequent use of a vacuum source requires less pumping volume, this system greatly saves energy and effectively improves the service life of the vacuum pump compared to directly using a vacuum pump.
This equipment can provide vacuum sources for medical gas center stations in various large and medium-sized hospitals in China, and is widely used in vacuum stations in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, canning systems in the light industry, negative pressure forming of rubber and plastic engineering parts in the automotive industry, and flame retardant transportation for coal mines

1、 After the first start-up, the entire operation process of the device can achieve fully automatic control. During its operation, the vacuum degree in various parts of the vacuum system always fluctuates up and down within its allowable range, and the fluctuation range can be adjusted according to user requirements.
2、 This device can be widely used in various systems that require vacuum, and can also automatically control the system without human operation; The vacuum system can be automatically closed during power outages. Using this device can make your vacuum system more advanced, safe, and energy-efficient.
3、 The device is equipped with a gas water separator (when equipped with a water ring vacuum pump), which can save water resources and reduce environmental pollution.

Firstly, set the upper and lower limits of the vacuum system (for example, set the upper limit to -0.08MPa and the lower limit to -0.06MPa). After the system starts, one of the vacuum pumps starts working until the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank is higher than the set upper limit value of -0.08MPa. At this time, the vacuum pump automatically stops running, and the vacuum in the vacuum tank is automatically cut off by the automatic check valve. If the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank drops below the lower limit value of -0.06MPa due to work requirements, the other vacuum pump automatically starts until the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank reaches the upper limit value of -0.08MPa. This cycle is repeated automatically to keep the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank between the upper and lower limits.
Two pump vacuum pumps can also be made into one in use and one backup type.

1、 According to the engineering requirements, connect the exhaust pipeline and install the device uniformly on the steel chassis. Check for any damage to all equipment during transportation and ensure that the entire chassis is installed horizontally.
2、 Assemble the control cabinet, connect the motor according to the terminal numbers on the electrical schematic, and connect the electrical contact vacuum gauge.
3、 Inject tap water into the air-water separator until the overflow pipe flows. Before starting the water ring pump, it is necessary to jog the motor for testing before starting. When not in use for a long time, the water inside the pump should be drained to prevent rusting (see the water ring pump user manual for details). If other types of vacuum pumps are used, please refer to the relevant user manual for instructions on how to use them.
4、 Set the vacuum degree range on the electric contact vacuum gauge, adjust the pointer of the lower limit according to the required vacuum degree to the required scale, consider leakage or work loss from the system, and adjust the upper limit scale appropriately to avoid frequent pump start stop.
5、 Before powering on the electrical control cabinet, first shake test the insulation resistance of the equipment to ensure it is not less than 10M Ω, and the chassis should have a good grounding with a grounding wire of not less than 4mm2; After power transmission, close the air switch and manually start the two motors to work normally. Then, place the universal switch in automatic mode and check its working program to achieve fully automatic control. 6、 The airtightness of the equipment should be checked, and the system valve should be closed. After pumping, the vacuum gauge should reach -0.08MPa.
7、 Regularly add lubricating grease to the oil cup of the water ring pump to ensure the lubrication performance of the bearings.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance Table

3 Automatic control failure or control malfunction According to the electrical schematic, check the circuit, whether the electrical contact vacuum gauge wiring is loose or disconnected, whether the power supply is normal, and whether the control cabinet AC contactor is damaged.
4 The motor makes a loud noise but does not rotate The three-phase motor is missing phase, and it is necessary to check whether the three-phase power supply in the control cabinet is normal and whether the three-phase wires of the motor are disconnected.
5 The vacuum pump has a loud noise The 2BV series vacuum pump will produce cavitation sound when working at its limit. If the noise is loud, the cavitation protection port must be opened.
