Leak proof testingThe leak test
Take three samples, inject water of nominal capacity into the bucket, cover tightly, lie down for 24 hours and inspect.
Drop testDrop test
Take three samples, inject them with water of nominal capacity and cover them tightly. For buckets with a capacity of no more than 11L, the drop height is 1.5m; for buckets with a capacity greater than 11L, the drop height is 1.2m. When dropping, make the bottom of the sample bucket approximately perpendicular to the ground, and the lower part of the bucket side parallel to the ground and hit the cement flat surface. Each sample is dropped three times in a row, checked and dropped, and a small amount of liquid is allowed to leak from the bucket mouth during the impact.
Aging resistance testAgeing resistance test
