Standard oil fume purifier
At present, the electronic oil fume purifiers used domestically and internationally mainly adopt electrostatic adsorption, which mainly relies on electric field force to adsorb oil fume particles towards the electrode plate, playing a role in adsorption and collection. The main problem is that after the electrode plate adsorbs a layer of oil stains, the purification effect significantly decreases. Therefore, it greatly restricts the continuous normal operation time, shortens the cleaning cycle, and increases the difficulty of cleaning. The G1-D series electric oil fume purifier produced by our company adopts a new technology of "decomposition+carbonization" on the basis of electrostatic adsorption, which overcomes the shortcomings of electrostatic adsorption and greatly improves the effectiveness of the purifier.
When the oil fume gas passes through the purifier, the strong electric field force produced by high frequency and high voltage charges the particles in the oil mist gas, overcoming the shortcomings of electrostatic adsorption that only separates without carbonization, thereby further improving the purification effect and extending the cleaning and maintenance cycle.
