3. Each regulating mechanism is equipped with high-precision position displays, as well as fault display systems and photoelectric protection devices.
4. The machine head is horizontal and moves up and down, using a worm gear reducer with a safety brake motor for variable frequency stable flushing, ensuring smooth up and down movement.
5. Adopting variable frequency continuous control of scraping speed, scraping and covering can be adjusted at different speeds.
6. The oil return knife can be set to cover ink in advance, and cover ink during printing to reduce clogging and shadow phenomena.
7. The scraper blade adopts a constant pressure device, and after setting the pressure strength of the scraper blade, it can automatically compensate for irregular thickness of the printed material.

1. The various actions of this machine are centrally controlled by Mitsubishi PLC in Japan, which can reduce the failure rate and is easy to maintain.
2. Adopting the Mitsubishi human-machine interface control, it can clearly display error operations and various command prompts.
3. The power control system adopts electrical components from SCHNEIDER in France and NAIS in Japan.
4. The printing transmission adopts a Mitsubishi inverter from Japan and a LiMing reduction motor from Taiwan.
5. The printing transmission adopts Japanese THK linear guide and British MEGADYNE synchronous belt.
6. The upper and lower parts of the machine head are equipped with Taiwan Liming worm gear reducer and brake motor.
7. All gas components and cylinders use the NORGREN brand from the UK.
