Structure: A machine mainly composed of accessories such as blade shaft, mud, frame, bearings, gears, variable frequency motor reducer, etc.
Working principle: It is achieved by two square groove blade shafts meshing with each other and rotating towards each other. The filtered sludge (with a moisture content of 83% -45%) is squeezed into the blade groove with the rotation of the blade shaft, forming a square rectangle. The sludge is scraped out of the blade groove by the mud comb with the rotation of the blade shaft, forming a rectangular mud strip.
Function: The slicer cuts the sludge into strips and evenly stacks them on the drying net. The strips form uniform gaps between each other, making it easy for hot air to penetrate and remove moisture. This greatly improves the drying efficiency of the sludge, shortens the drying time, saves energy, and enables rapid drying of the sludge.
